Questions and Answers
What’s the difference between Audience and Priority Access?
- Audience: attend the live calls, follow along in Campfire, and learn from seeing real problems solved. You may ask questions if time allows, but there’s no guarantee your specific problem will be addressed.
- Priority Access: guaranteed attention on your problem during the week. You can pre-submit a screen recording so I can prepare in advance, and I’ll carry your problem over from day to day until it’s solved.
Do I need to attend every call live?
No. Even if you only join 2–3 calls, you’ll still get value:
- Calls are at a timezone-friendly midday (EDT) slot, accommodating UTC-7 to UTC+3.
- Priority Access members’ problems are worked on whether or not they’re present.
- Campfire for the ongoing discussion, so you can catch up anytime.
Will my code or screen be visible to the Audience?
Only if you want. With Priority Access, you can:
- Pre-submit a private screen recording for me to work from. I’ll send you a private link for that.
- Choose what to share live.
How does the “unlock” model work?
The base experience includes 3 core midday calls + Campfire. As more people join, everyone benefits:
- At 5+ total seats: daily calls (Mon–Fri).
- At 8+: extra timezone-friendly calls.
- At 12+: a private week-in-review video summarizing key solutions.
What happens if I pick Audience, but later I want Priority Access?
If seats are still available, send me an email (pascal@hey.com) and will send you a discount code for the Priority Access.
What if my problem doesn’t get solved during the week?
For Priority Access: it won’t fall through the cracks. If we can’t solve it live, I’ll follow-up async. You’ll walk away with clarity and next steps.
Will the calls be recorded?
No. Instead, I’ll capture a few screenshots and snippets during calls and post them in Campfire.
How big will the group be?
Priority Access is capped at 7 tickets, Audience at 15 separate tickets. This keeps the format clear: some participants bring problems, others join to observe and learn.
