All calls at 1:30 PM EDT (American Time Zones). Payments by Stripe. Sales are final. Tickets are transferable.

Although priority for solving app problems will be given to Priority Access holders, this ticket gives you access to the calls and the Campfire chat, and if we have time, solve your problems too.

What’s the difference between Audience and Priority Access?

Do I need to attend every call live?

No. Even if you only join 2–3 calls, you’ll still get value:

How does the “unlock” model work?

The base experience includes 3 core midday calls (Mon/Wed/Fri at 1:30 PM EDT) + Campfire. As more people join, everyone benefits:

What happens if I pick Audience, but later I want Priority Access?

If seats are still available, send me an email (pascal@hey.com) and will send you a discount code for the Priority Access.

What if my problem doesn’t get solved during the week?

For Priority Access: it won’t fall through the cracks. If we can’t solve it live, I’ll follow-up async. You’ll walk away with clarity and next steps.

Will the calls be recorded?

No. Instead, I’ll capture a few screenshots and snippets during calls and post them in Campfire.

How big will the group be?

Priority Access is capped at 7 tickets, Audience at 15 separate tickets. This keeps the format clear: some participants bring problems, others join to observe and learn.

What about European Time Zones?

This November edition is focused on American Time Zones (1:30 PM EDT). I’m planning a European Time Zone edition for December. I’ll announce it on the email list in the coming weeks.
